Low RBC count and Blood on TP

I'm in the military and I had to do a full check up. I had blood work done and the whole 9 yards. I don't have the results on hand but I will get them. Anyway, I had a Slightly low RBC count. I asked if i was alright and they said I shouldn't worry but i don't trust the medics. For probably the last 4-8 months, every once in a while when wiping ill find light blood in small amounts. Today I had a little more then normal. Can this be a possible reason why my RBC is slightly low? I do believe I have a hemorrhoid, and maybe I've had it for a while. I am going to get it checked out ASAP. I never get sick my and BP is perfect always. I'll post results as soon as I get the results. Also could quitting chewing tobacco have an effect on RBC? I quit about 10 days before I had the test and its been about 20 days now. I also don't drink alcohol and I workout daily. Thanks
