Q: low PTT result ?

I am undergoing fertility treatments and my doctor tested me for thrombophilia. They did a panel for thrombophilia. The only test that came back abnormal was that my PTT was slightly low. What does that mean? Does that mean that there is a clotting factor that's messed up?
factor V Leiden, Protein C, Protein S, and MTHFR were all normal as was Cardiolipin and Lupus Anticoagulant.

partial thromboplastin time
