hello;
i have been experiencing illness recently i thought it might be a viral infection but i am not sure. I recently had a stiff neck where i cannot move it at all. This happens every other day and i have soreness between days. I have terrible abdominal pains on my left side where i feel i am about to collapse. I have also experienced nausea/diarrhea/constipation. I am constantley tired all the time and fall asleep suddenly without realising. Also, i have a constant headache usually at the left side of my head. I have a high temperature and get dizzy easy. Please help? any ideas

i went for a blood test a couple of months ago where i was told i had low potassium levels. Could this be connected?
