Hi, can anyone help me find a recent updated list for a low oxalate diet. I've found so many sites from so many sources and they all differ. I'm getting so frustrated. I'm hoping someone with much knowledge on here can help me out. I've been studying on this for almost four weeks now and I need to know which ones are high and which ones are low. Can someone help me please. Thanks.

I just joined the site. I don't really know how to navigate through here. I hope you get this reply to your problem about low oxalate diet. I too have been in need of staying on a low oxalate diet for a few years now. The best place I have found for information on diet is at http://www.ohf.org/ Look under Resources and click on diet. I don't think anyone can give you perfect advice on diet considering how soil, testing type, etc. effects oxalate content of foods. I use this site because I figure they dedicate so much to the cause of preserving our health problems. Good luck!
