Hello everyone,
I am just starting the low iodine diet in order to prepare for the radioactive iodine treatment. I am having a hard time finding foods that have non iodized salt or stick to other rules of the diet. Has anyone been on this diet and find some yummy foods I can eat? I don't have a lot of time to cook either. Thanks in advance.
