Is a low grade fever (99.6, orally taken at any time of the day) potentially dangerous or can I ignore it even if it continues with symptoms like headache, body ache, sore neck, and mild post nasal drip for more than 3 days? Thanks in advance.

sickness
My daughter started with a low grade temp. Sat. afternoon, been running since then, throat hurting going up to her ear, headache off and on, dry cough, and sleeping alot.
Have given motrin, and zyrtec.
Should the doctor be called?
