Low GFR, high serum calcium, low vit d 25 hydroxy, lab results

I have had blood drawn three times in the last six months. Each time they were looking for hypothyroid symptoms the following labs have been consistent
Creatinine 1.1, GFR 55, serum calcium 10.6, serum protein 8.6, vitamin d 27, tsh .44, free t4 1.7. I'm exhausted, losing my hair on my head, but growing hair on my chin (I'm female) they checked my hormones and said they seemed pretty normal. Also, I always have elevated bilirubin (Gilbert's?) 1.6. Could this be Parathyroid related? All of my google research points to that. HELP!

high calcium, low GFR
Did either of you get answers?

I recently learned about parathyroids. Never heard of them before. I have suffered with on and off symptoms for 17 yrs. Severe pain in arms and legs, extreme fatigue, nausea, tender neck with pain on right side, dry skin and hair, thinning hair in bangs area, racing heart, flank pain....I had one kidney removed in 2004 - so if all these years I have suffered from a parathyroid tumor, I will be angry.

Calcium has been high and low. But lately calcium has been 10.4-10.5. Creatinine 1.0-1.25. GFR is 52-55. (Recent drop from 61-66.) Vit D 40 & 43, PTH 40-70.

I went to an Endocrinologist that barely spent 5 minutes with me. With a few basic labs in her hand, she said I had kidney failure and probably needed more Vitamin D. The next day, she tells me everything looks ok and labs were all in normal range. ????

I now am seeing a doctor outside of my insurance plan and paying cash for visits.
