Low FSH & LH but testosterone is normal

Just got my blood results back, I am a 23 year old male.

I suspected I had low T as my free test was 39 pg/ml from a saliva test, but my serum T level is 17.3 nmol/l which I am happy with.

My FSH & LH levels are low however. Here are my full results:

Testosterone 17.3 nmol/l
Prolactin 168 miu/l
LH 1.9 iu/l
FSH 0.70 iu/l
Oestradiol 103 pmol/l
Free T4 14.7 pmol/l
TSH 2.06 mu/l

Should I investigate this further?

I generally feel OK, not full of energy but I do have anxiety.
