Q: Low estrogen levels and mid-cycle spotting

I am really worried about my present health condition,hope you could help me.I got my periods between december 24th to 28th and i had slight (it means very very slight )brown discharge on my underwear on jan 7th ,is there any problem if it happens like this
as it happened last month also ,i started to bleed a little after 10 days of my period,but there is no blood this time with brown discharge.I did'nt have any sex
can anybody suggest me wat to do?

Given the data you reported, you might be experiencing mid-cycle spotting due to a decline in estrogen levels. It happens when you ovulate or up to a couple of days before ovulation. This bleeding is more often light and pink, but a brown discharge is not unknown, too.


You might want to visit a gynecologist in order to confirm this condition or to do further tests.
