Hi There,
My monther age is about 50 and she has been suffering with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) over lat 15 years as for this she has been taking oral drugs from that time. However it's very recently observed that she is fatigue and weakness, abodominal discomfort such as swelling, pain. Hence this situation, we met with doctor and doctor give some tests as named Echo Cardiography and S. Creatinine.

Through the test its found that my mother EF is 20 and S. Creatinine is 0.8mg/dl

Doctor said that, my mother heart condition is not good and it might be indicated failure a chronic condition. However doctor prescribe some oral drugs for it. Can anybody let me the below mentioned question?

1. Is it possible to improving or worsening ?
2.What kind of treatment will I need? Medications? An implantable device? Both?
3.Does this raise the risk of other cardiac conditions
4.Are there are any other tests that might be used to confirm this finding?

Looking forward to hearing back soon.

regards
Palash
