I have low cortisol levels (5.4 on a test where 8 was low normal) however adrenal sufficiency test was normal. All other labs were normal with exception of Alk Phosphatase which was slightly eleveated (108) on test where 104 was normal high.

Symptoms are:
extreme ankle swelling (not responding to lasix)
ceased menstrual periods
fatigue
shortness of breath when walking
weight gain (50 lbs in 1 year)
decreased urination
Blood pressure ranges from 103/70 to 120/80

currently using a cpap. 2 Echo's and 1 nuclear stress test all normal.
currently on meds for asthma (advair 250/50 & xopenex HFA)
currently on meds for mild epilepsy (xonisamdie 100mg)
My doctor and I are at a loss
