Q: Low Cortisol Levels - Adrenal Glands

I had a cortisol test done, and it came back that the glands were producing low levels. It was only 30 point lower than what an average person should be, so there was not a huge concern. Could you please tell me if there is anything I could be doing, or supplements I should be taking to better balance these hormones?

low glands

i had blood work done and they said that my glands were low. what does that mean and does that have anything to do with me being so skinny???
