I had some labs done recently, however, they were done about an hour and a half after lunch...I think I had a sandwich, apple and maybe yogurt...so, I got my labs back and my glucose was 46!!!!! I DID NOT feel hypoglycemic at all since I know how that feels..I typically get shakey and lightheaded when my levels are in the 70's...I am NOT diabetic..what could cause those numbers to be so low?
