I have been having a lot of dizzy spells lately and close to passing out, espacially when getting up from the floor,chair and bed etc, but to the point where i fell and hurt my arm recently! i am 32 and have a healthy BMI but although i get up slowly it is happening more and more!!! i went to my GP who did bloods which came back fine but had an ECG done which showed i had a slow heart beat!!! during the day if i check my pulse it can be as low as 45-50 beats a minute?? would like to know if i should take it any further as doctor is away at the moment and would like some more advise please!!
