Q: low blood platelets , low white blood count , low iron

been feeling sick for the last two weeks and the antibiotics that the doctors have given me are not working.Went back to doctor and she did a blood test.The Blood tests came back with a low reading on platlets,white blood count and iron.She has given me a new lot of tablets which i've never heard off and has asked me to come back for a blood test in 6 days...

Any one have any idea of what this all means?
