Q: low back pain after therapy

I am 20 years old.I am a student in faculty of medicine . I've got low back pain 2 months ago.i went to a doctor and received a medical therapy which is (diclofenac potassium_vita Band folic acid_loxoprofen sodium_ tizanidine_herbal massage cream)for 1 week but the pain still persists and growing i am worry and i don't know what to do please help thank you.
