I have symptoms that don't necessarily go with what I have been diagnosed and will appreciate any input from anyone suffering similiar symptoms. I have been diagnosed w/hypothyroidism and am taking Armour. (3 pills) I have been sick and unable to work for over a year. I have also been diagnosed w/Fibromyalagia. I also suspect low adrenal function and chronic fatigue. Once the doctor increased my dosage of Armour to the correct amount many of my symptoms lessened (for about 6-8 weeks) but now many seem to be coming back. Every morning I am stiff and sore. eventhough I get at least 8 hours of good sleep I am still tired and generally unable to function until approx 3pm. I tend to feel slightly better after I eat, but then am hit w/no energy again. I have chronic constipation and today after I ate lunch I sat down to watch the afternoon news. When I stood up I felt lightheaded and dizzy. That seemed to pass but my brain felt numb. You know how you feel after say your second glass of wine. Once that seemed to pass (symptoms lessended) I then became (lightly) nauseated. I have to take 5htp to keep depression away. If I don't take it for a few days I am in the depths of depression. My doc helps as much as he can but I think I have something more?
