Q: Loud ringing in ear

at night I get this load ringing in my ear and it makes my arms and legs heavy, it makes every other sound around me kinda get fuzzy and i cant hear them as load as they were. It goes away after some time but it scares me I would really like what it is

Have you ever noticed the way youa re sleeping when this happens. Do you move your neck a certain way and it starts? Try to write down exactly what happens, how long it lasts, what you did and feel may have brought it on..You may need to see an ENT first and then a Neurologist depending on what you can document..I hope this helps some..I go numb when my neck moves certain ways-it has taken months but finally am at a place where docs are agreeing it's my neck..Best o fluck hon..DOn't give up keep tyring to get answers..

how is your blood pressure and your blood sugar?
if either of those go too low, you could get lightheaded...

are you anemic?

I'm not sure if I'm any of thou's and I get lightheaded a lot I just thought it was normal...
