The act of digestion is, for most people, not always a quiet affair. Certain types of foods may also lend themselves to more noise during the digestive process. Unfortunately, anxiety can also increase activity within the GI tract, and lead to more unpleasant sounds emanating from one's abdomen.
I would recommend, first, that you consult your primary physician. Get a thorough physical examination, and make sure that there are no signs or symptoms of any significant gastrointestinal illness. (You may also want to keep a diary of your daily diet, and see if any particular types of food tend to generate more noise than others.)
If, as I suspect, your GI tract gets a clean bill of health, then it may be appropriate for you to seek counseling for your high level of anxiety related to your noisy GI tract. Not attending university because of your anxiety over the noises in your tummy may suggest the presence of excessive and unhealthy anxiety, separate from what is going on in your GI tract.
Sincerely/ Robert A. Wascher, MD, FACS
