As of last week I've often been feeling queazy, my breasts (esp. nipples) have been really sore and swollen, I gag at certain smells and foods, I've been experiencing some heartburn and hot flashes, and I've been unusually exhausted--I've had to nap almost every day I'm so tired. My breasts get sore occaisonally, but it's always only for about two days right before my period, which isn't the case now.

I put my information into a pregnancy calender and today would be the day of the conception/fertilization; curiously enough I've had cramps all day. Could this be due to implantation? I feel like it would be a bit early to be feeling all these things, but on the other hand I've always had a sensitive system. Could I be pregnant? At what point would a pregnancy test show positive? This would be my first baby so I really don't know how I would feel. I would love some insight! Thanks.
