lost some weight, even smelling things makes me sick

I take birth control pills but if i accidently miss a dose i just double up the next day. Also I take it right before bed. Well the last past week and a half I have had severe nausea so bad I cant even eat and have lost some weight, even smelling things makes me sick, dizziness and lightheadedness, intercourse feels different and like a pressure when i lay on my stomach. Also have no clue if this has anything in common but my nose has been running alot. I found out I was pregnant with my daughter when I couldnt breathe at four weeks pregnant. I wouldnt think I am pregnant but I have alot of pregnancy symptoms and have heard weirder things than someone getting pregnant on birth control. Anyone have any thoughts or stories of having the same thing occur? I took a test but it was negative but my next period isnt due for two weeks. I had my last one but it was somewhat lighter and shorter than normal
