Q: lost pack of pills

I lost my pack of BC pills (lutera). After 4 days I found it behind my dresser. I took the missed ones all at once. I didn't experience any cramps or spotting from missing them. Is that OK? Should I stop taking them? or finish off the pack? I think I have a week till I get on the inactive.
