lost one baby and dont want to lose another one.

Okay this morning my boyfriend and i was having sex and he stopped to look at my vaginal area as usual and he noticed some brown discharge like old blood and i went to the bathroom to use it and check my self when i wiped i saw the old blood discharge on the tissue and when i wiped again it was gone. So i hopped on the showe and a while after i got out everything was fine no pains no cramps what so ever. I felt completly normal. Later i had to use the bathroom again and when i wiped the first time it was no blood or discharge and i wiped the second time and saw a little bit of blood so i wiped again and it was more spotting but this tme with a blood clot smaller than a pea. I lost one baby and dont want to lose another one. Its sunday so my doctor is not in right now. Should I be worried?
