Lately I have been very stressed. And now I have no apitite. I can eat alot at home but anywheres else and I can't eat without feeling Nausiated. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get rid of this or at least know what it is, or if it's all just part of my anxiety?

i have lost my appetite too. like 5 months ago it just vanished. mine i think is part of my anxiety and also part of the intestinal problems that i have. i think maybe you feel nausiated at other places because of your anxiety. did you have a bad experience at a restaurant or something? did you or someone you know choke?? i had a fear of choking a while back so i didnt eat out at all but i did eat at home. so i kinda feel you on this one. hope this helps..
