Q: Lost a pill

Just recently I noticed an active pill missing from my pack. I did not take 2 pills in a day, but at one point my pack was bent so I think one just fell out. What should I do?

You should probably ask your pharmacist, usually they'll tell you to replace the pill from another pack (that you can use from that point on as a mistake pack).

It mostly depends on what pill you are on and how long you've been on it, but double checking is better than just leaving it up to chance.
