Q: loss of sex drive

Hello,
I have recently switched birth control from marvelon to Apri and seem to have alot of mood swings. Is there something different in Apri then in Marvelon cause this was switched by my pharmacist not my doctor and i am pretty sure it is only the generic brand?

I am 21 years old and have been with my boyfriend for 3 years, our intimate life was great in the beginning but is now pretty slow. He wants it all the time, and I seem to never really want it. I am a little bit stressed with work, i work out almost everyday and i try to have a balanced diet. The lack of sex drive was going on before i switched birth controls but seems worse now...can anyone help?

it could be the birth control, you should research the side effects. if it is not it could be stress related. when i m stressed out i dont really want to have sex.
if you want to.
try researching herbal remedies boost libido.
but i would talk to my doctor to see if he can change you on something else. i m on a birth control called mircette.
