HI,
I was circumcised as an infant and have very little sensitivity in my penis as the glans or head has lost so much feeling because it has no foreskin to protect it. is there anything that i can do? can i recover some sensitivity ie can i do anything to get more feeling into my glans? i know that, unfortunately, i cannot be un-circumicsed but I am hopeful that there is something I can do. I cannot wear loose-fitting underwear as they are painful, I have to wear briefs/y fronts/jockeys! Lucky me! I hate them but I have no option. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Your not alone , you are describing what most circumcised men feel.
You could google foreskin restoration for more info.
I believe it is basically stretching the skin and trying
to cover part of the glans to make them moist but I
think the damage is done as the foreskin protects the
head and the inner lining of the foreskin which is the
more sensitive skin. Im not sure if you should be
using a moisturiser but it may be worth researching more to se if this may help.
To look at a circumcised and uncircumcised penis together
the first thing you notice is how uncut looks moist
compared to circumcised which looks dry.
