Hello, everyone!!! I need your help! I am a woman of 45 years old. Four years ago i started to train to lose my weight. everything was great. i was loosing weight gradually. but in winter 2008 my coach wrote me a special programme how to put on my muscles and i started doing it.i was training my muscles 3times a week, working for 2 hours. i was doing it for 2 months and then, suddenly, I realized that I have changed my body, my shapes radically. This training made me feel ugly, cause i stopped looking femine. And now I have large, mannish muscles and absolutelly different body structure. But, my legs and arms disturb me most of all. I want you to ask for a help!! Can you, please, write me a way out of this situation. How can I make my body the same as it was before gaining muscles??!!!! Is it possible to get rid of them. In which way? Thank you! I really hope yhat you will help me, cause you are my last hope!!! Note: I dont want to be like that, can you please advise me something to get my natural body as it was before training?

If you stop weight training it will go away. You will get lighter and smaller in size. Just do cardio and you will not put on alot of muscle.

If you stop weight training you'll lose the muscle but it will probably turn into fat. Cardio can cause muscle loss so just replace your strength workouts with cardio.
