Loss of leghair knee full of plasma?

Hmm, yes so yesterday before I went to sleep I noticed my right leg was rather odd.

The entire right half of my right leg lost hair, an exact geometrical split. Very odd. The front-side has scales as if it's very dry.

What the heck is going on!???? Also my left knee keeps filling with plasma. My docter prescribed me with a kneesockthingy, but even with it my knee still swells with plasma from time to time. I only use my right leg and barely use my left. I bike to college 30 mins with hils and my right bum hurts when I arrive at school or at home from not using the muscles in my left leg because I'm scared my knee will swell again.
