I'm fairly new to the whole weightloss craze. However I'm not here to lose weight because I want to join a fad I'm here to lose weight because I am tired of the fat. I know its not going to be fast. I know its going to be hard, harder so as I'm in Iraq so my food choices are limited and I would rather eat what I like. I have already lost 25 lbs in 1 year 6 months so I know its possible but I seem to need more than I was doing. I limited my soda Intake tho I rather drink soda.
I am more after what I need to do to work out and get down to 165 tho eventual goal is 125.
I am already Dedicating myself to Sprinting and jump roping but what more can I do. We have limited gym stuff and I am after any ideas which require little equipment and are fun rather than borish.
Any suggestions. At this time I have Plateaued so I need more stuff and the Elliptical doesn't cut it.
