I'm married for 5 months now. I'm 5'7" and before marriage my weight varied between 63-65kg... offlate I have put on a lot of weight.. about 4-5kgs.. and look awful..

Can having honey with luke warm lime water help reduce the extra fat?

Please suggest some healthy ways of losing weight, as I love eating, and don't really believe in dieting.

Extremely eHealthy
I can't imagine how eating honey in any way could help reduce fat. It sounds very much like an old wive's tale.

If your diet and activity have remained the same and you're gaining weight you're likely hitting one of the normal changes in metabolism in your life. You can combat this one of two ways.

Diet, not going on some crazy diet but modifying your intake. In most cases as you age it isn't what you eat so much as quantity that hurts you. Try smaller portions of what you eat. You may also re-evaluate the amount of Sugars and fat you consume and look for ways you can reduce those things in your diet without giving up the food you love.

Excercise would be the other option. Once again not talking about spandex unitards and hot jaz music and those goofy plastic steps. Simple increases in activity can have a huge impact on small weight gain. Something as simple as taking a brisk 1/4 mile walk twice a day could drastically increase your metabolism and allow you to process more caloric intake without gaining fat.

I too have seen my MIL taking honey with warm water in empty stomach in the morning. It helped. But you have to be careful about your regular food intake too and exercise everyday too

Yeah..I also love to eat. What I did was, I replaced junk foods to fruits since fruits has vitamins that boost the immune system as well as it doesn't make you fat. So, you can still eat the way you do in a healthy way but doesn't get fat
