Q: losing weight but cant seem to gain and very underweight

i cant seem to gain weight but i lose it every time i miss meals very easily an i find it very difficult to gain weight wen i eat properly. how to i gain weight?is there any specific thing i can eat or take to gain weight?

I went through the same thing a few years ago and before I give you advice I should warn you that it worked a little too well for me but here goes: eat LOTS and LOTS of protien, peanut butter was my best friend I would eat a tablespoon of it every few hours and I started eating more red meat too, I gained about 5 pounds the first month and it became easier as time went on. Also try not to miss meals that too Wink

Yoga also helps to gain weight. My yoga teacher told me that and I recommended it to my skinny friends who can't seem to gain weight no matter how much they eat. I think it works for them because I could see that they have gained a little bit of weight. Look for a yoga teacher in your area to guide you on the proper practices for gaining weight;) good luck!

ever see the movie mean girls? there should be protein bars you can buy online to help you gain weight. wrestlers use them.
