if you are a pure vegetarian now try having only boiled food or have sprouts and avoid rice as much as you can otherwise as compared to non-vef stuff veg food has very less calories so in any case you would loose some weight as you have recently become a vegetarian........

LIVE food for optimum health
Cooking foods kills the enzymes that fuel your bodies needs. It is imperative to get processed foods out of your dirt sweetie

Just go to a gym and work out. Stay away from pasta, cheese, and bread. As a vegetarian you tend to eat more of this.

hi, i am a life veggy and uin my expernce on a strict veggy diet the best way to lose wate is to keep of the treets, or when having them using the soya ones as these tase as good without the same number of calorys. also having a veried diet, and not being relient on one source of anything, try looking at websites on vegatarainisam and vegatarian diets.

I agree with jordybb. Vegetable has fewer calories. If you want to lose weight be sure that you are avoiding cheese or butter from your diet. Except banana eat fruits as much as you can. Also avoid eating rice. You have to drink lots of water and do some free hands exercise, i hope you will be in a perfect shape and weight.
