i had a child in august, and after getting things settled, getting into a routine and after i had healed, i started to go back to the gym and watch what i eat.

before m baby, i was about 110lbs. i gained 50lbs. in total during my pregnancy, and lost 25lbs. after birth. which brought me down to 135lbs.
now, i currently weigh 132lbs. but it feels like it took forever to lose that weight.
i know its not going to be as easy to lose the weight since i had a baby and all..
but i wanted to know how long it took any of you who had a baby to lose that baby weight, did your tummy tone up? right now i hate my tummy, i am doing ab workouts like crazy to lose the well..flabbyness...

any replys would be greatly appreciated,
thank you.

Just so you know you aren't the only one sinking in that boat--my daughter turned two and I still am trying to lose it!

I lost it really quickly.
I breastfed for 6 months too.
I only gained about 35 lbs. and in the first 6 days I lost 25 lbs.
I didn't do anything to loose the other 10 pouhds and now I weigh about 10 pounds less then I did when I had him.
I think breastfeeding really helped but now I have no boobs.
They're smaller then they were before I got pregnant.
So I don't know. I guess everyones different.

I was about 150 pounds when I got pregnant for my first daughter and I gained close to 90 pounds with her...yikes! So after I recovered from the csection and had my daughter on a routin I started going to the gym, my daughter was 4 months old when I found out I was prego again! So needless to say I didnt lose all that much weight after my first daughter. I did drop 30 pounds 2 weeks after my first daughter was born though. So with my second daughter I gained that all back and ever since she was born it has been one big struggle! I Breastfed her for a year and I am very active but still I dont see any results. Last time I weighed myself I was 197 and that was 8 months after my daughter was born and she is now 12 months so I say hands down it is such a struggle to lose baby weight!!!!

my secret weight loss tip!
I had my baby 6 months ago and have been having a hard time losing all the weight.

But recently, I bought these slimming leggings which has helped me lose fats from the problem areas! I have been using them for about 2 months now and the results are amazing!

I lost 2 inches from my hips and my thighs smoothen. Apparently, they have been proven to actively reduce fats!

I highly recommend having something to keep you motivated while exercising and these undergarments have definitely boosted my motivation to keep at it!
