Q: losing touch with reality

I've begun to notice that I am having a harder and harder time discerning reality and fantasy everything is blending together so much I can't tell the difference at times which is which and it's is really starting to scare me.

You may want to consider seeing a psychiatrist. Write down all the symptoms you are experiencing and bring it to the doctor with you. This way you don't have to try to remember everything. The psychiatrist can evaluate you and offer treatment options if there is some sort of disorder. I hope you will go see a doctor for this.

Do not start with a psychiatrist. They see mental pathology where there may be none. Diet has a lot to do with weird mental states. Poor nutrition, such as lack of niacin, can do a job on you. Go to a homeopathic doctor, they know nutrition. Go to one that also practices acupuncture. I'm sure a homeopathic doctor will be able to help you.

I've been on all sides of the fence. First you get a picture of your bio-chemical profile. You can also go to an MD who practices nutritional therapies to have it done. Here are a couple of websites where you can get referrals:
