I am a chef in a school and have to remove large trays out of the oven. I had found over the last few months that I have lost the strength to remove these trays myself. Plus the fingers on my left hand the fingertips go numb more regularly than not. Will this go away or would it be in my benefit to wear wrist splints? I'm worried because I have been diagnoised with ostoepena two years ago. Does this mean that the condition has worsened?
