Q: Losing 15 pounds quickly

SadSadSad so scared to be out of time , my engagement after 6 weeks and i need to lose weight very fast to look nice in my dress i don't know wt is the right diet to go with and i don't have enough time to go to the doctor Sad
i really need your help i'm trying to go with 1000 cal diet and i don't know if there is an extra thing to be done
i go to do aerobics 3 days a week for 1 hour

pleae any ideas for that Sad?? so disappointed

today i am 165 lb need to be 150 in 6 weeks i will try to post my new weight every week i really need your support

drinking water is a good thing to loose weight. switch white bread with whole grain bread, you should have more vegetables on your plate than you do meat.
it helps to eat five small meals than to starve yourself like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two small snacks in between.
watch what you drink also, stay away from sodas. are you able to go jogging?
