I am a worrier but not an agressive one. at home most responsibilities come to me. i have to do everything like chores or take care of my old dog. well i've been stressin about things lately. i am currently overweight but planning to improve. I'm overwieght as in almost obese but not quite. i am losing the hair on my scalp but i have hair on the rest of my body and that hair seems to be doing well . it all started by age 14 when i became aware of most things. i generally lose 20 hairs in the shower if i scrub lightely i mean feather light. if im scrubing my hair vigorously i can lose up to 70 hairs or even more. it just falls out all around me. My hair is seriously thinning out if i round it all together in a ponytail the circumpherance is only about an inch. my hair is long but even if i cut it short it still comes out. the only time im not losing hair is if i'm deleriously not stressed.
