Q: Losing blood and transfusions

my grandmother is losing blood and needing blood transfusions every 2-3 weeks. no blood in stools. all blood tests ok. has had the minicamera test as well w no results that indicate a problem. feels better after transfusions but soon becomes very weak w chest pain and the cycle continues. Any help is appreciated
