lose weight but keep breasts ? Posted: 05-03-08 19:16pm
Many times I've tried to lose weight, but
whenever I succeed, I end up losing breast
size. I'll be like "yay!" then "aww
man...JUST when I was starting to fill out
an A cup " Is there any
secret to burning fat without burning it
off your breasts? This hardly sounds like
in issue..but if your ribs stuck out more
than your breasts, I think you'd care too.

I lost weight with swimming and got firmer
chest - I did the 'free style' so the arms
and chest muscles got firmer it does not
only 'burn' fats it is also good for
cardio and remember always take a balance
diet to go along with it. Good luck and
keep us update with the outcome - Love

You could try firming what have. Yoga and
pillates are really good for that. Or just
lifting weights in general.
And I know what you're going through. It
sucks to see that you can buy your bras in
the training bra sections when you're 20

well theyve always been pretty firm on
account that theyre so small. but now
theyre getting smaller and smaller because
the little fat tissue they have is quickly
burning off =/

No no, not firming your breats.
Firm whatever you're trying to lose with
weight, like your thighs, butt, stomach,
or whatever. Look into yoga and pilates.
They are really good for this sort of
thing and really don't take that long to
do.
