I'm a seventeen year old female and i am too shy to go to my doctor, so i would like to know if there is a chance of this being serious before i embarrass myself. last year i started having weird bowel movements that made me feel awkward because these movenments sometimes create a gurgling noise. it's been like that for over a year now up to a few months ago when i started having loose stools then a few days later i would be constipated, then they would be loose again, and now diarrhea has come into the mix. i am exhausted all the time and have a bloated feeling in my abdomen and pain. i had a few days of a dark stool, but now it is pale. now i have random fevers at least once a week.i have recently started school again and its really difficult to motivate myself to go... could this be colon cancer, if not, any idea what it could be??
