Q: loose green stool

About 4 weeks ago I began having very soft stools, like a long thin string that ends up in a flattish "mud pie". Not watery really like "true" diarreah. And a small amount of gas. It has not been well formed and semi-soft as usual. I have this on and off light nausea. The stool is often a dark green color. I am not eating a lot of green vegetables. Two weeks ago I took kaoptectate. I am taking that again yesterday/today. I also popped a calcium table as that in the past made me constipated.

Any ideas? Can a virus last this long?

Have you noticed change in a frequency of your bowel movements, too?
Are you experiencing pain or discomfort in the abdomen? Do they go away after having a bowel movement?
