I am interested in the actual science behind eyes, and have come up with a question.
We all know that it is near impossible to make out text when it is around an inch from your eye, so, I was wondering, would it be possible to display it (perhaps on a screen to be used very close?) out of focus so that it would be in focus with the eye itself?
I apologise in advance if this isn't quite the right place to put this.
