Hello doctors!

I’m 52 years old male and I have been to surgery for my nose 35 years ago, but I have consequences.
My diagnose is deviation septinase (septal) (deviate nose partition) and after the operation I must use any medicaments especially nasal spray, and I use Flixonase already 5 to 8 years continuous.
For me is unclear should I make a break of consumption of the spray because I doubt that I have some consequences of taking the medicine for such a long time (I have pain in my bones).

Thank You
