I'm a 25 y/o female that doesn't take oral contraceptives. I haven't had a period in about a year. Also: Heavy white discharge. Occassional clumps of blood. Constipation.

I'm of normal weight.

I do have a chronic social anxiety disorder and my anxiety has been high for a long time now, not sure if that's relevant.

Wondering what possible causes are there?

Extremely eHealthy
hi NOC; here is something u can try because it can help and cannot hurt; go to a vitamin store (must be)
ask for the highest probiotic count products and spend about 40 dollars, take a minimum of 100 BILLION culture counts daily (NOT MILLION) and NOTE if u take any antibiotics separate the times by 3 hrs
now as to the rest; of course if u can or if u have insurance then a dr evaluation is needed
also r u saying u don't use any contraceptive such as IUDs because there r dozens of ways to prevent conception and oral hormone interupters r just 1
the constipation most likely has to do with what u eat, so if water is not your main thing to drink then make it so
if fast food or fried food is your main meals then stop and eat better
THE PROBIOTICS should help at the least
as to your anxiety; do u take anything such as prozac or equals?
have u tried things like YOGA, meditation, self hypnosis
transandental meditation?
lastly here is somehting else u can do; go into your private area and have a conversation with your inner self; your self conscience, and speak of the things that bother you but in fact u ignore or try to push aside and just "tuff it out or get over it" U MAY find that when u do this your mind calms down and both u and your inner u come more into sync
hope this helps
