Q: long period on microgynon 20 ED

I was just wondering, i've just started taking microgynon 20 ED, and it's the first time i've taken any birth control pill and i have had my period for 8 days now. Is this normal?

i have been taking microgyon 20 ed for 4 months and as yet i still have not had my period, i have not missed any pills can you help

After the first card, your body falls into its own step, and its should come back. Mine didn't come straight away after I started on the pill, but that could have been due to a failed pregnancy. Just give it some time, some people say it gives them mood swings and bad headaches, but I'm finding it excellent.
