Q: long lasting numbess

I got a strange bite eyserday, possibly mosquito, lots of blood came out, and now about a quarter of my foot has gone numb, its been about 24 hours, and its still numb... I doubt its a spider bite, its a small small hole, no lump... its not itchy lol probably cause its numb though... what could this b? should I be concerned? how long should this last??>?
