I had a surgical abortion 11 weeks ago and am still spotting off and on. Doctor said hormones look normal, ultrasound looked normal, no infection. What could be causing this? She said I could go on the pill for 2 months and it should bring my cycles back to normal. I'm scared that it won't. Also, my husband and I are ready to conceive a child now. Will my cycles just go back to irregularity once I go back off birth control? Help!! Anyone who could explain this to me would help.
