In a lot of people there can be slight variations of where the Lymphnodes are because no one is EXACTLY the same in measurement and anatomy. yours might be to the left a tiny bit more than someone else etc. generally the lymphnodes shouldnt be that close to your penis but its possible. talk to your doctor because if its something to worry about you need to catch it NOW. good luck!
