Back pain symptoms may seem obvious. But do you know when symptoms of back pain are more serious or when to see a doctor? Learn what action to take & when...
I am a 25 year old female. Ive been living with back pain since I was in junior high, not sure at what age it started. I dont know what brought about the pain either such as a wreck or a fall. All I know is Ive been dealing with this for years. Im stiff and sore feeling in the morning. The pain quickly turns into a dull deep aching pain that is very aggravating, in my lower and MOSTLY mid back. The middle back bothers me the most. The more activities I do during the day the more my back hurts, I tend to hurt more at night then in the morning. Laying down completely flat does ease the pain, sometimes when I lay on my stomach I get my husband to rub my back which feels very tender in the mid back to his touch. Over the years there were times when I would bend over to pick something up and something would "catch" in my back and the pain would be so intense it would bring me to my knees as if I lost control of my legs. Any and all advice would be so much appreciated, doctors opinions would be GREAT! Thanks everyone so much

it sounds like the joints of the back are irritated or arthritic. an xray would show facet joint trouble. have you had any studies done. does ibupropen help?
